Do-it-Yourself (DIY) Pet Bathing

When you think about bathing your dog, what are your reasons for putting it off?

• You can't get your dog in the tub
• It's too messy and clean-up takes longer than the bathing
• It kills your back and knees
• You try it outside, but your dog runs away, or worse yet, you get him bathed and then he rolls in the dirt
• The water outside is too cold

The list goes on and on -- but our Do-it-Yourself service negates all of these complications.

• Our tubs have a cut-out in back for large dogs to step in to
• Our tubs are elevated, which saves your back from bending over
• We have tray inserts for the smaller dogs, so you don't have to bend over
• We provide all professional quality supplies; in fact everything we use as professional groomers is made available to our Do-it-Yourself clients.
• We provide towels, aprons, brushes, combs, forced air, stand and hand dryers
• All dogs receive a bandana as a finishing touch
• Best of all -- we clean-up the mess!
• All Do-it-Yourself clients receive a Bandit's Bathhouse Club Card, buy 5 DIY baths and the 6th one is free!

The cost of our Do-it-Yourself service is $16.00* weekdays and $18.50* weekends and holidays. We strongly encourage our clients to visit us during the week when there is less traffic. There are no appointments taken for our Do-it-Yourself and service is offered on a first-come, first-serve basis. Bandit's has 6 tubs and rarely experiences waiting time extending more than a few minutes.

At Bandit's Bathhouse & Pet grooming salon, we always have professional groomers on hand to answer questions or show you how best to care for your dog.

If you need a grooming table to brush-out or dry your pet, we have electric tables that any dog can mount and then be raised to your height, so you don't have to bend over to groom your dog. 30 minutes of table use is included in the DIY pricing. If you require more than 30 minutes of table time, a $3.00 service fee is added to the DIY price.

We'll also clip your dog's nails for $7.00* with our DIY service.

No appointment is necessary for the Do-it-Yourself service, but the last wash is 45 minutes before we close.
